• Building Permit Applications take two (2) weeks to process

NOTICE: NYS HAS UPDATED ITS CODES!
Permit applications received 12/31/2025 and after will be regulated by the 2025 NYS Uniform Code. All Building Permit Applications must comply with and reference the 2025 version of the NYS Uniform Code only. These codes can be found at https://codes.iccsafe.org/codes/united-states/new-york 

Applications will not be processed until they are complete with the fee included.
